The police booked a chemical plant garden in-charge, Ravikumar and private contractor Avinash Dhawade, after a complaint filed by officers from Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC), for illegally chopping 30 healthy trees on the premises of Century Rayon in Shahad.
