Mumbai train updates: Virar-Bharuch MEMU derails at Bhilad station; no injuries reported

An Accident Relief Train (ART) and Accident Relief Medical Equipment (ARME) were immediately dispatched from Valsad to the site. Railway officials said no passengers or railway staff were injured in the incident

A Virar-Bharuch MEMU train (No. 19101) partially derailed while entering Platform No. 4 at Bhilad railway station in Western Railway's Mumbai Central Division on Tuesday morning.

According to Western Railway, four wheels of the train's front Driving Motor Coach (DMC) derailed at around 6:27 am.
