A two-year-old girl, Anvika Vivek Prajapati, died after falling from the 12th floor of a residential building in Naigaon East on Tuesday night. The incident occurred around 8 pm, after Anvika’s mother had taken her to her relative’s flat.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Pournima Chougule-Shringi said, “Tragically, the child lost her balance and fell out of the window. The girl sustained multiple injuries to her head. We have registered an accidental death report and begun investigating the matter.”
