Yellow alert for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad: Brace for hot, humid conditions for next four days

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region will experience hot and humid weather until Saturday, with dry conditions expected on Sunday. On Wednesday, the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 34 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad districts over the next four days, forecasting hot and humid conditions in isolated pockets, even as parts of the state are likely to witness rain and thunderstorms.

According to the IMD bulletin issued at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region will experience hot and humid weather until Saturday, with dry conditions expected on Sunday.
