The Western Railways (WR) in Mumbai will start targeting people who travel on footboards and on rooftops of trains from July 2.
The WR police will begin a drive that will be carried out till tjhe end of September. Sources said that they would be sending men in civil clothing and have already prepared 10 different teams for the same.
