Nagpur: Maha Lok Adalat to settle 50,000 cases amicably

The District Legal Services Authority has set a target of 50,000 cases that are to be amicably settled during the third edition of Maha Lok Adalat to be held on March 4.
The District Legal Services Authority has set a target of 50,000 cases that are to be amicably settled during the third edition of Maha Lok Adalat to be held on March 4.
All types of cases including those relating to land acquisition, criminal (compoundable), civil, matrimonial disputes, motor accident claims, cheque dishonour (sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Acts), motor vehicles, will come up for amicable settlement, district judge Pushpa Ganediwala told reporters, here yesterday.
