Daughter of senior NCP leader <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/eknath-khadse-all" target="_blank">Eknath Khadse</a>, Rohini Khadse, has tested positive for <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/topic/covid-19-all" target="_blank">COVID-19</a>.
Rohini took to Twitter to inform her followers.
"I have tested positive for COVID, my health is better," she said.

As a precautionary measure, she has been admitted to the hospital. She also appealed that everyone who has come in contact with her in the last six days should take a coronavirus test and take care of themselves. Rohini is the Chairman of Jalgaon District Central Co-operative Bank.

She is also active in the politics of <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/jalgaon-all" target="_blank">Jalgaon</a> district. In the last assembly elections, she contested on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, however, she lost to a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/shiv-sena-all" target="_blank">Shiv Sena</a> candidate. She recently joined the NCP along with Eknath.
