Maharashtra: BJP’s Akshay Kardile defeats NCP (SP) candidate in Rahuri bypoll by over 1.12 lakh votes

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday retained the Rahuri Assembly seat in Maharashtra after its candidate Akshay Kardile defeated Govind Mokate of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) by a margin of over 1.12 lakh votes.
