"I went to the auction with only Rs 5,000 in my pocket, but was destined to get the necklace as prasad from god.

I will garland my Ganpati at home with the necklace," said the ecstatic businessman from Dadar, who also bought a gold chain for Rs 35,000 at the auction on Wednesday.

Added Tahilyani, "Buying gold is an investment. I have two daughters and will distribute it among them when they get married."
