Mumbai: The prosecution team in the 2002 Salman Khan accident case informed the Bombay High Court on Tuesday that it could not trace singer-actor Kamaal Khan to examine him as a prosecution witness in the sessions court.

"We could not locate his whereabouts," public prosecutor Sandeep Shinde told Justice A.R. Joshi, who is hearing Salman's appeal against the sessions court ruling awarding him a five-year jail term.
