Senior Central Railways official booked for abetting female ticket agent's suicide

A day after a female railway ticket booking agent allegedly committed suicide by setting herself on fire in a toilet near RPF office at CST, Mumbai police booked a railway officer for alleged abetment of suicide.
William Kerry, who is in-charge of Central Railways Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevak scheme, was booked today for allegedly abetting the victim, Anita Patel (22), to commit suicide by immolating self, the police said here today.u00a0
"The victim's parents filed a complaint against Kerry after which the latter was charged with abetment of suicide," Deputy Police Commissioner (Zone 1) Ravindra Shisve said.
