Making good on its long-standing threats, the Shiv Sena sounded the death knell on its alliance with the BJP. At the party’s national executive meet this morning, the Shiv Sena passed a resolution to go solo in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly polls as well as Lok Sabha polls in 2019.
