A Special women’s court on Wednesday rejected the discharge application of music director and singer Ankit Tiwari in a rape case where a woman had accused him of raping her on several occasions. After special women’s court judge AS Shende rejected the discharge application, the matter has been kept for framing of charges for the second time on June 30.
