IN PHOTOS: Motorists witness water-logging in Vile Parle as Mumbai continues to receive rainfall

Earlier on Saturday, in a statement, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had said that atleast 11 trees had fallen due to the rains, while seven incidents of short circuits were reported till 8 pm. Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police had on Saturday said that the traffic was diverted to SV Road after the Andheri subway got flooded, while the movement of vehicles was slow on BD Road, in the vicinity of Mahalaxmi Temple and areas like Asalpha, Sakinaka junction, and Gaffar Khan Road Near Worli Sealink
