Sandeep Chitana, a dreaded gangster, was arrested in Rohini Sector 25 in northwest Delhi. Chitana a resident of Chitana village in Haryana was involved in more than a dozen cases of murder and extortion.

According to DCP Atul Katiyar, outer Delhi, "Chitana was in the list of most wanted criminals in Haryana, though he usually operated from Delhi."
