Amnesty asks India to stop rights abuse in Kashmir

Coming down heavily on India for alleged rights violations in terror-riven Jammu and Kashmir, global rights watchdog Amnesty International on Monday said the Public Safety Act (PSA) should be revoked in the state.

The 600-page Amnesty report - the first on Jammu and Kashmir since 2000 - has termed the PSA a 'lawless law'.
