Saccha Peer-resident Vinayak Katkar has been suffering from back pain for nearly a month and the 49-year-old blames the pothole ridden-roads in Camp for this. The arrival of the monsoon last month seems to have revealed the shoddy work done by the Pune Cantonment Board (PCB).

"Roads in areas like Modi khana, Centre Street, MG Road, and Dhobighat have potholes that have become a major problem for residents. We registered our complaints to officials at PCB, but have only received excuses like lack of sufficient funds to repair the roads," said Katkar.
