Narayan Peenya (31), a dog lover, has accused that doctors at the Compassion Unlimited Plus Action (CUPA) Hospital at Hebbal killed his dog out of sheer negligence.
Narayan is contemplating moving the court against CUPA for negligence and cruelty meted out to his pet dog Kenda, after his police complaint failed to yield any results.
u00a0"I had registered a complaint with the Sanjayanagar police, but they are not taking it seriously," said Narayan. "But now I may approach the court. I want to see to it that the doctor who killed Kenda is punished."u00a0
