Mirzapur: An FIR has been lodged against Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Child Nutrition and Basic Education Kailash Chaurasia for allegedly assaulting and threatening a regional transport officer (RTO).

The FIR was lodged at Katra Kotwali Police station in Mirzapur on Thursday on the directives of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Station Incharge S Ahmed said. The alleged incident involving Regional Transport Officer Chunnilal and the MoS happened last month.
