A 17-year-old girl was attacked and her three fingers chopped off by four youths in Itaunja area, police said here on Tuesday.

Ranjana, a class 12th student, was dragged out of a tempo by the youths, who brutally beat her up and then chopped off three fingers of her right hand before fleeing from the spot, police said.
