The capping of subsidised cylinders, whereby all LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) consumers are eligible for three subsidised domestic cylinders from September 14, 2012 up to March 31, 2013 has become a burning issue in many households.
Putting all speculation to rest, the man at the helm of affairs, George Paul, executive director (LPG) with BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited), one of the largest public sector oil marketing companies, says that the situation is far from grim.
