Ranchi: R S Kohli alias Rakilbul Hussain, facing charges of deceit, exploitation and torture lodged by his newly-married wife Tara Shahdeo, was arrested in Delhi tonight. "A special team arrested Kohli alias Rakilbul Hussain on the borders of Delhi-Ghaziabad.

He will be brought to Ranchi by Air India tomorrow," Inspector General of Police Anurag Gupta said here. He said a laptop and money were seized from him. In her FIR, his wife, a national shooter, alleged that she was made to keep secret under duress after she learnt about her husband's faith in Islam.
