The brother of the owner of fishing vessel Kuber, which was used by terrorists to reach Mumbai before the 26/11 attacks, attempted to commit suicide here alleging police harassment.

The incident took place late last night when Narsinh Masani consumed a poisonous substance at his residence, police said.
