Jalpaiguri (WB): A leopard was killed today after being run over by a speeding truck on NH-31 at Poro Basti in Alipurduar district of West Bengal.

Forest officials said the animal came under the vehicle when it was crossing the highway. The carcass has been taken to Rajabhat Khaowa for postmortem, officials said.
