A 14-year-old girl was allegedly lured away and raped by a man while she was playing in a village in Maharashtra's Beed district, police said on Tuesday.

According to PTI, the police have arrested the 27-year-old accused under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in connection with the assault that took place in Parli Vaijnath tehsil on Sunday evening, an official said.
