Chef Ros Kamila and Chef Sharizan have been specially flown down from Malaysia to the city for the event. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2010/oct/mumg2.jpg" border="5" /> Nasi-Lemak is one of the dishes available on the menu Malaysian food has Indian, Thai, Arab and Chinese influences. Diners can sample a variety of dishes, including Sayur Tumis Air (dry beancurd, glass noodles, and potato), the flavourful aroma and creamy richness of Kurma Kambing (lamb cooked in coconut milk and spices) and Seri Muka (sticky rice base with pandan leaves). Their range of desserts from traditional street stalls such as the Bubur Jagung (sweet corn in milky broth) or Onde-Onde (palm sugar wrapped in rice flour and then boiled in hot water), is likely to take you straight to foodie heaven.
