Mumbai: A city-based businessman today moved the sessions court here seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with the alleged rape and extortion case filed by a model against some men including police officers.

"Sikander Mirza, a businessman, has filed anticipatory bail application and the court is likely to hear it tomorrow," said a crime branch official.
