Congress Member of Parliament (MP) Rahul Gandhi on Friday said the Opposition would not hold any discussions with the government until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns, taking responsibility for the alleged exam paper leaks, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologises for the alleged police action against protesting students in Delhi.
