Given the advances in technology, more Indians are now warming up to the idea of working from home and not being confined to the office cubicle. This was revealed in a recent survey conducted by CISCO last week.
The study titled 'Is the Office Really Necessary?' found that a whopping 82 per cent feel that it is their right to work remotely. While another 95 per cent agreed that their employers should provide devices for both work and play. Another 78 per cent said they would rather enjoy the higher flexibility with a lower pay.
