The Bangalore police are maintaining silence on this one. The force, which had finally zeroed in on Kerala-based People Democratic Party (PDP) founder, and former Islamic Sewak Sangh (ISS) chief Abdul Nasar Madani in connectionwith the 2008 Bangalore serial blasts case, are now being non-committal on his actual role.
Joint Commissioner of police (crime) Alok Kumar refused to divulge more details about his involvement saying, "We have nothing to say."
Madani's indictment was based on the confession of T Nazeer, the prime accused in the Bangalore blast.
