A case has been admitted against Rahul Gandhi in the Ranchi Civil Court for comparing the RSS with SIMI.

It has been filed by 30-year-old RSS worker Ashish Kumar Singh, an engineer from BIT Mishra, Ranchi. Mishra has taken objection to Gandhi's statement given on October 7, 2010 in Bhopal, where he allegedly made the comparison.
