Rusty Old traffic barricades get facelift

Traffic police divisions directed to collect barricades lying on roadside so that these can be repaired and put to use

A recent review of the traffic infrastructure in the city by the traffic branch revealed that over 1,200 barricades are lying damaged and rusting on the roadside at various parts of the city.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Vishwas Pandhare has directed all traffic divisions in the city as well as Pimpri-Chinchwad to collect these barricades and drop them off at the traffic branch office to be repaired and reused.
