Shootout at Wadala may revive gang war: Encounter specialist

Mumbai's original encounter specialist, retired ACP Isaque Bagwan who shot the antagonist Manya Surve at Wadala in January 1982, points out factual inaccuracies in the movie that is expected to release on May 1
On Thursday, Mumbai’s ‘original’ encounter specialist retired ACP Isaque Bagwan hit out at the factual inaccuracies of the Sanjay Gupta movie ‘Shootout at Wadala’. He clarified that the film’s antagonist, Manya Surve, was only a small-time crook and said that the only time he ever heard or saw Surve was the fateful day on which he encountered him.
