Tejashri, a three-year-old, died after she fell from her 5th floor apartment at Mantri apartments, in Sarjapur yesterday The incident happened at around 3 pm. Tejashri was rushed to the hospital, but she died on the way. Tejashri lived with her parents and a brother, and a maid took care of her while the parents were away.

But residents of Mantri apartments told MiD Day that all the apartments have followed safety measures, no such incident has happened before.
