Muzaffarnagar: A youth was arrested for allegedly smuggling cows for slaughter in Budhana town, police said on Friday.

SHO D K Tyagi said police seized three cows and arrested Rahul, the truck's owner. Some knives and an axe were also seized from the accused, he said.
