Days after mafia Atiq was killed on camera, a viral video sparked a political controversy. In a viral video Congress leader, Rajkumar Raju was seen paying tribute to the mafia Atiq Ahmed. He laid the Indian flag on his grave and recited 'Kalma' at the grave and says he'll fight to get the honour to Atiq and Ashraf Ahmed. Blaming BJP Government, Raju called Atiq 'Shaheed' and demanded 'Bharat Ratna' for him. Reacting to the incident, Prayagraj Congress President Pradeep Kumar Mishra expelled him from the party for 6 years.
