In Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a rally on Sunday. While addressing the crowd at the rally, Kejriwal attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his leadership and called the Centre's ordinance on control over administrative services in the national capital as “dictatorship". On May 19th, an ordinance was issued by the Centre to set up a National Capital Civil Service Authority, bringing back executive control over matters related to services to its domain. Kejriwal embarked on a nationwide tour from May 23rd to seek support from the Opposition parties against the Ordinance.
