<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s really upsetting and frustrating going to bed thinking, &lsquo;I don&rsquo;t know what the night is going to lead to&rsquo;.&rdquo; Kelly Knipes, 42, whose crazy nights have landed her in debt, tells the media. The <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/pak-asks-afghanistan-to-turn-over-perpetrators-of-march-terror-attack-that-killed-5-chinese-nationals-23352153" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">English woman</a> suffers from a rare disorder which has led her to become a shopaholic by night.</p>

<p>An <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/joe-biden-asks-donald-trump-to-respect-the-justice-system-after-he-calls-the-trial-rigged-23352136" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">event manager</a>, and mother of three, Knipes was diagnosed with parasomnia six years ago, a condition involving abnormal and undesirable behaviours that occur during sleep. Medical resources state that a person with parasomnia may seem to be alert, walking or talking, or eating or doing other such activities but without awareness because the brain is only partially awake. For Knipes, the activity of her subconscious&rsquo;s choice is swiping her credit card.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In the past, Knipes has purchased miscellaneous items like paints and books, to costly electronics and appliances. And that&rsquo;s not all. The condition has left her susceptible to online scamsters. Knipes provided her baking details in her sleep and woke up to Rs 26,000 missing from her <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/russian-missiles-kill-four-23352135" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">bank account</a>. The initial instance left her vulnerable to further frauds, but fortunately her bank was able to block such transactions. Knipes has even had to cancel her credit cards at times. &ldquo;It can be anxiety-inducing,&rdquo; Knipes shared. &ldquo;Everyone thinks it&rsquo;s funny but it&rsquo;s not. Some bits are, but some bits are quite serious,&rdquo; she said.</p>

On the show, Cheyenne confessed to putting her grandmother&rsquo;s ashes in her brother&rsquo;s pasta sauce as a prank. &ldquo;So my nan passed away in August last year and got cremated,&rdquo; Cheyenne explained. She added, &ldquo;Obviously, my family and myself were grieving, so I went over to mom&rsquo;s one night and thought to cheer her up a bit, by saying let&rsquo;s just taste nan.&rdquo;</p>

<p>She also claimed that this idea was not her first, as she had once tasted the ashes by herself in the past, but wished for a company the next time, so she asked her mother. &nbsp;She further added that her brother was recently released from prison, and with the intent of welcoming him, she decided to include him in the clad, without his consent. She justified her actions by saying that she wanted to make up for the lost time of being apart from her brother since childhood. That statement led to audible gasps among the hosts, with one dubbing the dish &ldquo;Spaghetti alla nan.&rdquo;</p>
