Nepal has been hit by another major wave of heavy rain, flash floods and landslides, with at least 24 people killed and 14 others reported missing across several districts. Dramatic videos emerging from the affected areas show a giant mountainside collapsing within seconds, sending huge amounts of rock and debris downhill. One major landslide near Lete in Mustang briefly obstructed the Kali Gandaki River. The latest disaster has damaged homes, roads and bridges, while more than a dozen highways have been blocked, disrupting transportation and essential services.
