Nepal's NDRRMA has urged the public, local governments and agencies to remain on high alert from October 29 to 31 as Cyclone Arnab strengthens over the Bay of Bengal. Forecasts warn of heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, flooding, snowfall and avalanches.
