U.S. on alert, dangerous Hurricane Priscilla approaching southwest states

Hurricane Priscilla has strengthened into a Category 2 storm off the west coast of Mexico and is threatening the U.S. Southwest. The National Hurricane Center says Priscilla’s outer bands are already impacting coastal Mexico, causing heavy rain and rough surf, while U.S. residents are warned to prepare for potential flooding.
