In Gujarat, the state government is offering women a unique opportunity this Raksha Bandhan by providing free business stalls in Surat. As part of the initiative, Surat Municipal Corporation has allocated 101 stalls at no cost to women, generating 1010 direct jobs. Additionally, the government is supporting these entrepreneurs with loans ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000 to aid in setting up their Rakhi stalls.
