During the interview, she spoke on various issues related to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. Madhavi took a sharp jibe at the sitting MP and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi. She said that she has been provided with Y+ Security to fight for the truth. “Asaduddin Owaisi has friendships with the kings' group...He keeps quiet when atrocities are inflicted on women,” Latha said. Further, she said, “Who is giving him (Asaduddin Owaisi) death threats?... Look at the level of his friendships. He is friends with people from ISIS, the kings' group...He says that he has a stronghold here and then says that he is receiving death threats.”

The IT employees in India’s Silicon City, Bengaluru on March 13, expressed dismay amid the Bengaluru water crisis in the Karnataka state. The depletion of groundwater and drying up of more than 3,000 borewells in the capital city has made it difficult for people here. The IT employees are now choosing Work from Home (WFH) due to water scarcity in Bengaluru. “If we get work from home it will be good as the water will be saved...it will save our time and water,” said Amogh, an IT employee. “More amount of water is spent if the employees go to the offices. It’s better to get work from home… Never thought that we would get WFH because of water scarcity,” said Varsha, an IT employee.

Former Congress veteran Ghulam Nabi Azad fired a fresh salvo at his former party’s leadership ahead of Lok Sabha polls 2024. “The leaders who are pivotal to the party are removed. Six Congress MLAs who cross voted in favour of the Bhartiya Janta Party during the Rajya Sabha election, have been disqualified by Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania. The detained MLA's include Rajinder Rana, Sudhir Sharma, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Devinder Kumar Bhutoo, Ravi Thakur, and Chetanya Sharma. With the six rebel MLAs disqualified the strength of the house comes down from 68 to 62 and the halfway mark is 32. With the loss of 6 MLAs the Congress now has 34 MLAs and the BJP with independents has 28. The fortunes of the Congress will now rest on its ability to keep the rest of its flock together.

The Committee on External Affairs highlighted that Pakistan’s ISI is providing a haven to terrorist outfits. ISI is Pakistan’s agency responsible for providing intelligence inputs to the country’s military. The report highlighted that terrorism in India is sponsored from across the border. The Committee on External Affairs presented their 28th report on ‘Countering Global Terrorism at Regional and International Levels’. The report emphasised an action plan and mechanism to root out terrorist networks in the neighbouring countries. For a long time, Pakistan has been accused of being a ‘terror hub’ and providing shelter to terror groups. BJP national president JP Nadda arrived at Raj Bhavan, in Patna to attend the oath ceremony of the new government. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on January 28 slammed Nitish Kumar after he rejoined hands with the Bharatiya Janata Party in Bihar. Reacting on Nitish Kumar Resignation, Owaisi said, “Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav, PM Modi should apologise to the people of Bihar... All three have betrayed the people of Bihar, especially Nitish Kumar. The term political opportunism will be an understatement, Nitish Kumar has broken all records. I always said Nitish Kumar would go with BJP. I want to ask Tejaswi Yadav how does it feel? He took away four of our MLAs. Does he feel the same pain now? He has been played the same way he played us. Nitish Kumar will just be the face of RSS and Narendra Modi’s governance in Bihar. Tejaswi Yadav and his family have sidelined the people of Bihar and their focus is to only have someone from among them to be the CM. Nitish Kumar wants to be the CM for as long as he lives. Amid the Bihar political crisis, as Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Bihar’s Chief Minister dissolving the current government that was formed through an alliance with the Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge reacted to the same. On the other hand, BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde said that all the the NDA government in Bihar is being formed for the welfare of the people. Union Minister and BJP MP Giriraj Singh thanked Nitish Kumar for resigning.
