Varwade sustained a life-threatening injury while returning home from work when an object suddenly came in his path, causing him to fall from his motorcycle

The incident took place at around 10.02 pm at Jay Krupa Tower at Ghodapdeo Cross Lane No. 1 in Byculla. According to initial information, the lift fell due to a cable failure in the G+18-storey building
