An Army band played the tune of "Vande Mataram" as guests present at the venue joined in the rendering of the national song. This was followed by the Prime Minister hoisting the national flag and the national anthem being rendered

The restoration involved structural repairs, cleaning and conservation of the garage while retaining its historical character. The vintage car was professionally restored and preserved. The renovated space also features new lighting, decor and a custom wall painting
