In a very strange and alarming incident, dogs in the Industrial area are turning blue which is due to the dye leaked from the dye making plants in that area. This leakage flows in a nullah nearby from where these dogs are contaminated. Also, when dogs trespass into the dye making units, they get coloured from the waste lying there.
