Among the reservoirs, Vihar Lake remained at 100 per cent capacity with a storage of 27,698 ML, while Tulsi Lake was nearly full at 98.84 per cent, holding 7,953 ML of water. According to the report, Vihar Lake began overflowing on July 7 at 9 pm, while Tulsi Lake started overflowing on July 7 at 11.43 pm
