Manchester: The Indian team on Thursday earned the dubious distinction of being owners of an ignominous statistic with six of their batsmen getting out without scoring thereby equalling the record number of six ducks in a single Test inning by an international team.

India now jointly hold the record for highest number of ducks in an innings along with South Africa and Bangladesh.
