Mumbai: Ratnakar Shetty, Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) General Manager, Game Development, said he has been entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring smooth conduct of the one-off Test against Bangladesh in Hyderabad next month, keeping in mind the uncertainty in the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA). There is no recognised body governing the HCAâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088and even as elections had been held, the results have not been declared due to a court order.
