India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh is 35 years old, but you won't know it just by looking at him. The veteran India cricketer is supremely fit and leaves many of his younger contemporaries behind.

Harbhajan is not currently in the scheme of things as far as the Indian cricket team is concerned, but he is not letting that worry him. Instead he's keeping positive and is confident that hard work will win the day for him. He is working hard on his fitness so that when the time comes, he's ready to answer the nation's call.  


The offie, who also recently participated in the Celebrity Classico 2016 football match in Mumbai, has shared the secret to his fitness.

The all-rounder, who represents Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, shared a video of his gruelling workout session on Twitter. 

The session is strenuous, but Bhajji putting in the long hours to stay fit and ready for a call-up to the national side will surely inspire others to hit the gym.
